The Argonne's first floor will house a lively mix of retail and residential at the corner of 18th and Grand Ave on the western edge of Downtown Des Moines, and the upper floors will be all residential.  The c. 1920 building is being fully renovated while retaining as much of the building's vintage charm as possible.

We have 5 first-floor 1 bedroom apartments that will be the first offered one of 5 covered parking spots.  There is also metered street parking available, as well as surface-level parking available about a block away at 18th and Ingersoll at a monthly rate.  The Argonne offers on-site storage units for residents' use also.  Most apartments will have in-home laundry, and the building will have a common laundry for those who don't.  

Utilities including power, water, and trash are paid by the Landlord!
