Our newly renovated apartments will retain as much of the historic charm as possible, while updating the c. 1920 building to modern living standards.  Hardwood flooring will be left where it's possible, and the original windows will be retained for a light, bright and airy feel to the spaces.  Modernization of the apartments includes central heat and air conditioning, in-home washer and dryer for most, as well as new cabinetry, appliances, and the addition of dishwashers in the first floor 1 Bedroom apartments as well.
